These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the hobi68 platform. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to open an Account or place any Wager on the hobi68 Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. hobi68 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or permanently close Accounts found to belong to minors.
2.2 Residency. The Platform is designed for and primarily directed at players resident in Indonesia. By creating an Account, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for private individuals under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to use the Platform:
2.4 One Account Per Person. Each natural person may maintain only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balances associated with all duplicate Accounts.
3.1 Registration Process. To access real-money services on hobi68, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian phone number, and a valid email address.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your Account information and to update it promptly if any detail changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3.3 KYC Verification. hobi68 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. Before processing your first withdrawal — and at any subsequent time we deem appropriate — we will require you to complete KYC verification by submitting:
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. hobi68 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
3.5 Account Suspension and Closure. hobi68 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where the Company reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform. In cases of fraudulent activity, all funds associated with the Account may be forfeited.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. hobi68 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, and electronic wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The Company reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Limits. The minimum deposit is Rp 50,000 per transaction. The maximum deposit per transaction is Rp 100,000,000. Aggregate daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may apply and will be communicated to you at the time of deposit.
4.3 Withdrawal Limits. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 per transaction. The maximum withdrawal per single transaction is Rp 50,000,000. The aggregate maximum daily withdrawal is Rp 100,000,000. Higher limits may be available for verified VIP Account holders upon written request.
4.4 Processing Times. Deposits are credited to your Account balance within 5 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (08:00–20:00 WIB, Monday to Friday). Withdrawals to verified bank accounts are typically processed within 5 minutes during banking hours. Off-peak, weekend, and public-holiday transactions may take up to one business day. hobi68 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.
4.5 Source of Funds. All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. hobi68 reserves the right to return funds and close Accounts where third-party funding is detected. You must not use the Platform to launder money or to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity.
4.6 Currency. All transactions on the hobi68 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is required for Indonesian bank account holders.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. hobi68 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion in addition to these general conditions.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times the bonus amount before they become eligible for withdrawal. The Company will clearly state the applicable wagering multiplier on each promotion's dedicated terms page.
5.3 Game Contribution Rates. Not all game types contribute equally toward the satisfaction of wagering requirements. The default contribution schedule is as follows:
5.4 Bonus Validity. Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses expire 30 days after crediting. Any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
5.5 Bonus Abuse. hobi68 employs sophisticated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, using multiple Accounts to claim promotions more than once, or coordinating with other users to exploit promotional terms. Any Player found engaging in such conduct will have their bonus funds and any derived winnings immediately forfeited and their Account suspended.
5.6 Right to Withdraw Promotions. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such action shall not affect any promotion that has already been validly claimed and is in the process of being cleared through legitimate play.
6.1 Accepted Bets. A Wager is not confirmed until the Platform displays a bet confirmation reference number. Players must retain this reference for dispute purposes. In the event of a system error or disconnection immediately before confirmation, the Wager will be treated as void.
6.2 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a game — including server failure, display errors, or random number generator irregularities — the affected round will be declared void and all stakes returned to Players' Accounts. hobi68 shall have no further liability in such circumstances.
6.3 Sports Betting Rules. Sports markets on hobi68 cover domestic and international competitions including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, the UEFA Champions League, the AFF Cup, and FIFA World Cup qualifiers. Asian handicap, over/under, correct score, and accumulator markets are available. Void rules, postponement rules, and settlement procedures for each market type are published in the Platform's dedicated Sports Betting Rules document, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
6.4 Palpable Errors. In the event of manifest pricing errors (e.g., decimal odds of 100.00 offered where the correct price is 1.10), hobi68 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. Players who identify such errors are obligated to notify us; knowingly exploiting a palpable error constitutes a breach of these Terms.
6.5 Maximum Winnings. The maximum single-transaction payout from sports betting is Rp 500,000,000 and from a single slot game spin is Rp 250,000,000, unless modified by a specific promotion. Winnings exceeding these thresholds will be capped at the stated maximum.
7.1 Commitment to Player Welfare. hobi68 is firmly committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling. We believe entertainment should never cause financial or emotional harm. Our Responsible Gaming tools are available to all registered Players at no cost and can be activated at any time through your Account settings or by contacting our support team.
7.2 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. A reduction in deposit limits takes effect immediately. An increase in deposit limits is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
7.3 Loss Limits. Players may set a maximum loss threshold for any given daily, weekly, or monthly period. Once this threshold is reached, further wagering will be suspended for the remainder of the period. Loss limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 48-hour review period.
7.4 Session Time Limits. Players may define the maximum duration of any single gaming session. Upon expiry, the Player will be automatically logged out. Session limit reductions are effective immediately; increases require a 24-hour delay.
7.5 Self-Exclusion. Any Player may request self-exclusion from the Platform for a defined period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, the Account is rendered inaccessible for gaming purposes. Requests for self-exclusion must be submitted in writing to [email protected] and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
7.6 Age Restriction Enforcement. hobi68 strictly enforces the minimum age of 21. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed, all pending bets voided, and deposited funds returned to the originating payment method after deducting any winnings derived from underage play.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the hobi68 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and design elements — is the proprietary property of hobi68 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of hobi68.
8.3 Feedback. Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide to hobi68 regarding the Platform may be used by the Company without restriction or compensation to you.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hobi68 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
10.1 Platform Availability. hobi68 strives to maintain 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. The Company shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform downtime.
10.2 Cap on Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hobi68's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. hobi68 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising from your access to or use of the Platform.
10.4 Third-Party Services. The Platform may interface with third-party payment processors, game studios, and data providers. hobi68 assumes no liability for the acts, omissions, or failures of such third parties, including but not limited to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja in their capacity as payment intermediaries.
10.5 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. hobi68 provides gaming services for entertainment purposes only and does not guarantee any return on wagers placed. The Company shall bear no responsibility for gambling losses incurred by any Player.
11.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law, with particular reference to the laws and regulatory framework applicable to the operation of the hobi68 Platform.
11.2 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact hobi68 in writing at [email protected] and allow a period of 30 days for the parties to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage without escalation.
11.3 Formal Dispute Process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted by a mutually agreed neutral arbitrator. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
11.4 Class Action Waiver. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding against hobi68.
12.1 Right to Amend. hobi68 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect, except where changes are required urgently to comply with applicable law or to address a security threat, in which case immediate effect may be necessary.
12.2 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the hobi68 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.
12.3 Version History. Previous versions of these Terms are archived and available upon written request to our support team. The version dated at the top of this page is the currently operative version.
